Darling Alabama,
My heart goes out to you as I'm sure even though you're not completely upset, you're still pretty unhappy. Once again dads prove that they are stupid, insensitive and have no idea what is considered normal and what is considered ABSOLUTELY abnormal!!!

Well at least you have another SATC moment to write about (this is just as bad as the Berger Post-it incident) and to make you feel better I must remind you that I found out my dad got remarried about 6 months after the wedding, when he came to see me, took my hand and I saw the ring. Not a better way to go about engagements and marriages :P

Anyway you know that I'm here for you (although I don't email, ever. Sad I know!) and of course if there is ever talk of changing his will I will help you hire the best assassin or whatever it is that you need to deal with her ;)

Hope your Christmas was good and you got a lot of presents!! Which reminds me, you have to tell me what you got.
Oh and you should know that I'm going to Mexico with bf in 3 days, so might not be online for the next 2 weeks. Well anyways when I'm back, I will send pics and tell you all about it.

Hey girls.

I was going to wait to write a really entertaining post with pics of life here in Atlanta but I was upset and just wanted to communicate with the void - ie the internet and You. I'll write entertainment later when this matter is forgotten...

BASICALLY, in the continuing saga that is my life, I've decided that I hate emails and that if anyone ever tells me anything important in an email again, I'm going to have them shot. Respect me by at least telling me on the god damn phone.

Spoke to my father for Xmas on the phone and said he had forwarded me the 'Dungay 2007 Update' email he sends out every year (I know, how awful that he even sends one ...). He mentioned it contained some interesting things.
The final page of the email says that he is now engaged to his partner. I found out my father is engaged after everyone else he knows has already read it. I was angry for a split second. Then I stopped caring because the man has done everything else on the planet, so why not this. Now I've just decided that there's nothing wrong with being an evil daughter and am contemplating whether I can get him committed as insane if he changes his will and leaves anything to her/her daughters.

And yes, I know I haven't written anything here in aaaaaages, but I was really busy and, and.. well, I have no excuse, apart from the fact that divorcée hasn't written anything here either, which makes me feel a whole lot better..

To make a very long story short, Frenchie moved back to France. (but yes, I do like talking about myself as if I were someone else!)

New school, new people I have to be nice to for a few months - before I can actually decide whether they deserve my 'kindness' - new classes I have to attend (not that often, I haven't changed that much), moving back with 'ze parents' (and yes, it is as wrong as it sounds)...
And a new job, which I have only just started so you'll have to wait a little longer before I can give you all the details - and gossip!
For now, the only thing I can tell you is that it involves a major French fashion house, as well as bags and accessories by dozens... which I do not get to wear, unfortunately.


Now that I've written a short update, I'll try and write more often (yes, it is on my 2008 new year resolutions' list)..

is it normal that I find the Sugababes video more ridiculous than the Billy Mack one??
If you ever wondered what to wear when travelling (or at least when walking aimlessly through an airport), the Sugababes have the answer: put on your regular hooker boots, miniskirt, and just add a jacket with a little fur around the hood to make it look comfy enough (and chav-y aplenty!).. and you're good to go!! (forget about luggage, you'll be half naked on top of a guy in no time, so no need to pack anything).

Hey girls (and public)!

I had planned to write a really long post but I just realised it's time to go to bed.... I get up at 6 to go to work so I like to settle in early! (Not like me of old at all, I realise). Also, I want to add pictures but I haven't installed my camera software yet and I don't know where the cd stuff is... etc. That is definitely like me.

I just wanted to say that I wish you were here to have a glass of wine with me. On the porch. Because it was 20C today outside and sunny... really rather nice! I mean, I'm sure you're having the same weather in Europe - right? Just to reassure you, I've worn a jacket twice in the past 2 weeks. A light one but a jacket none the less.

Finally, I add for you what had become a tradition for Bam and I - a song!
